Where am I now? Am I still ‘Christian’? Where do I go from here? Am I supposed to have new “beliefs” to replace the old ones? What are the boundaries of this new land? Do I need to learn the language - or are we creating a new one together? Is someone in charge here? Does this mean I am postmodern, post-church, post-evangelical, post-Christian or post-belief?
Join us for 45 mins of forest based meditation guided by music, poetry and curated reflections. No previous experience necessary!
“So, is there an afterlife, and if so, what will it be like? I don't have a clue. But I am confident that the one who has buoyed us up in life will also buoy us up through death. We die into God. What more that means, I do not know. But that is all I need to know.”
But is God really an angry deity whose wrath had to be satisfied by the death of Jesus before he could forgive us? Aren’t there better ways of thinking about the cross and salvation? What does it mean to be saved anyway?

This is a wonderful opportunity to discover what it means to be Intersex and a person of faith.
We will be screening a series of powerful pre-recorded personal stories and holding an in-person conversation with Sarah Haveron.
Sarah is a Board Member of Intersex Ireland and is herself intersex and a person of faith.
Sarah will be co-facilitating this evening and helping us explore what it means to be Intersex and how faith spaces can become affirming and inclusive of Intersex people.
Refreshments provided, and as always, all are welcome.
This seminar will outline a robust Christian framework for full inclusion and affirmation of LGBTQIA+ people in the shared life of faith. You may be surprised to learn that the theological and biblical conversation around abortion is not as clear cut as you may have assumed. In fact, whichever direction one personally leans in the debate, it turns out that passages from the bible can be used to make the argument either way - even if the public religious discourse is decidedly one sided.
